A. Nomination of Brendan McCarthy to become the City Council clerk.
A. Public Hearing and Vote on a Proposed Loan Order authorizing the sum of $700,000 is appropriated to pay costs of renovating the Filippello spray park, including the payment of all costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
A. First Reading on a proposed Ordinance adjusting the City Council clerk salary for FY 2023 to $27.90 per hour.
B. An Order accepting the provisions of G.L. C. 200A, §9A regarding an alternative procedure for disposing of abandoned funds held in the custody of the City.
C. An Order designating City boards, committees, and commissions as special municipal employees pursuant to the Conflict of Interest Law, G.L. C. 268A.

Since 2005, Watertown Cable Access Corp (WCA-TV) has been Watertown's Public, Education, & Government Access (PEG) station. Our mission is to provide local coverage of city wide meetings, events, and educational activities to the residents of Watertown, while providing a space for community members to learn and grow their knowledge of video production.
