Amendments to be considered add language as necessary, including to Section 5.01, notes relating to the Table of Use Regulations, and to Section 5.07, relating to establishment of a linkage fee, for new non-residential development of 30,000 square feet or greater to fund affordable housing in Watertown
Referral to Economic Development and Planning the draft Update to the Comprehensive Plan for discussion and recommendation to the Planning Board and City Council

Since 2005, Watertown Cable Access Corp (WCA-TV) has been Watertown's Public, Education, & Government Access (PEG) station. Our mission is to provide local coverage of city wide meetings, events, and educational activities to the residents of Watertown, while providing a space for community members to learn and grow their knowledge of video production.
