705 Mt Auburn St and 64 Grove St- 705 Mt Auburn LLC c/o Spear Street Capital & 64 Grove LLC c/o Spear Street Capital Request two Sign Special Permits (705 Mt Auburn St and 64 Grove St) to create a cohesive campus signage master plan for this combined 12.5+ acre campus on adjacent sites with appr7opriate and consistent identification, wayfinding, and directional signage in keeping with Design Guidelines. The request includes a signage proposal with flexibility to reduce clutter, consider design and scale, and create a unique program. Specifics of the relief include wall mounted and projecting signs mounted above 20’ on buildings; taller and consolidated monument and directional signage; All pursuant to: Watertown Zoning Ordinance Article VII, §7.07 Sign Special Permit in accordance with Section 7.03.
