First Reading on a proposed loan order that the sum of $261,568 is appropriated to pay costs of funding year one of a centralized managed services plan in fiscal year 2024 as part of the IT Cybersecurity Capital Plan and all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1) or §7(9), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor
