To consider Watertown Zoning Ordinance amendments for Short-Term Rentals as a Use Category (replacing a previous renting of rooms use category) with supporting language, definitions, and a section for the requirements to operate short-term rentals as an accessory use within certain residential dwelling units
Planning Board Rules of Practice and Procedure – a discussion and possible consideration to adopt a new and complete copy of the rules and regulations per the City Code, Title III Subchapter1 § 31.02. Rules and regulations, to be filed with the City Clerk.
Since 2005, Watertown Cable Access Corp (WCA-TV) has been Watertown's Public, Education, & Government Access (PEG) station. Our mission is to provide local coverage of city wide meetings, events, and educational activities to the residents of Watertown, while providing a space for community members to learn and grow their knowledge of video production.
