A. 1 Rosary Dr- Petitioner Stephen P. Corbett (Owner: Dominican Sisters of Peace, INC requests the ZBA grant multiple variances and an amendment to a Special Permit and a Special Permit Finding to amend the site plans of the entire site by including three new buildings comprising a single family dwelling and two new detached two-family dwellings in the location of the existing convent, to be demolished.
77 Forest St- Request to allow a full second floor addition to the existing building within setbacks (front, sides and rear), which includes new siding, windows and doors. The project also includes a change of use from a non-conforming commercial use to an allowed by right single-family residence use with no onsite parking (existing nonconformity)
Since 2005, Watertown Cable Access Corp (WCA-TV) has been Watertown's Public, Education, & Government Access (PEG) station. Our mission is to provide local coverage of city wide meetings, events, and educational activities to the residents of Watertown, while providing a space for community members to learn and grow their knowledge of video production.
