A. 615 Arsenal Holding LLC, et al--Request for an amendment to the Arsenal Yards Master Plan PB-2016-03. The site has a shared surface parking lot, and this amendment is proposing to replace a portion of that parking lot with an additional commercial/lab/R&D life science building of approximately 170,000 SF with structured parking under it. This request incorporates the 10.43-acre lot into the Master Plan, including the rest of the 615 Arsenal St building used for Home Depot, which will remain.
B. 103 Nichols Ave--Request for reasonable accommodation to allow the construction of a Group Home for 5 persons with disabilities to live along with support.
