A. 265 Mt. Auburn St. Marc Keepper and Peter Bedrosian, (owner: Peter Bedrosian and Jean Bedrosian) requests a Certificate from the Commission for installation of HVAC equipment to a site visible from the public way in the Historic District.
B. 72 Mt. Auburn St. Continued from April 24, 2025, meeting - Bennie Ber, AIA, for owner (Young Construction Co., Inc) requests a Certificate from the Commission for changes to the site, including either an attached addition and/or new building for 8 residential units, maintaining the existing building (office and residential unit), as well as changes to the site plan with updated landscape and removal of surface parking.
Since 2005, Watertown Cable Access Corp (WCA-TV) has been Watertown's Public, Education, & Government Access (PEG) station. Our mission is to provide local coverage of city wide meetings, events, and educational activities to the residents of Watertown, while providing a space for community members to learn and grow their knowledge of video production.
