Request by Laura Wiener, Senior Transportation Planner to: a. Modify Town parking meter rates from $.50/hour to $1.00/hour and also allow $.25/15minutes, at all meters except the following locations: i. Wells Avenue Municipal Parking Lot ($.50/hour and $.25/half hour) ii. Nichols Avenue on-street diagonal parking area ($.50/hour and $.25/half hour) b. (New) – Restrict parking time limits to a 4-hour limit for on-street metered spaces except: i. Nichols Avenue on-street diagonal parking area c. Remove parking meter time limits in municipal parking lots and the Nichols Avenue on street diagonal parking area. d. Modify meter hours of operation from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm, to 8:00 am to 8:00 pm Except Sundays and Legal Holidays
