Any Premium Received Upon the Sale of any Bonds or Notes Approved by this Order, Less Any Such Premium Applied to the Payment of the Costs of Issuance of such Bonds or Notes, May Be Applied
A. First Reading on a Proposed Loan Order authorizing the Town Treasurer, with the Approval of the Town Manager, to Borrow and/or Expend Monies in the Amount of $188,000 under M.G.L. Chapter 44, Section 7(1) or Pursuant to Any Other Enabling Authority, and to Issue Bonds or Notes of the Town Therefor; For the Purpose to Pay Costs of Repairing and Upgrading the Town Hall Elevator, Including the Payment of All Costs Incidental Or Related Thereto. Any Premium Received Upon the Sale of Any Bonds or Notes Approved by this Order, Less Any Such Premium Applied to the Payment of the Costs of Issuance of Such Bonds or Notes, May Be Applied to the Payment of Costs Approved by this Order in Accordance with M.G.L. c.44, §20, Thereby Reducing the Amount Authorized to Be Borrowed to Pay Such Costs by a Like Amount.

Since 2005, Watertown Cable Access Corp (WCA-TV) has been Watertown's Public, Education, & Government Access (PEG) station. Our mission is to provide local coverage of city wide meetings, events, and educational activities to the residents of Watertown, while providing a space for community members to learn and grow their knowledge of video production.
