A. Committee of the Budget and Fiscal Oversight Report Regarding Recommendations to the Town Council on the FY 2022 Budget Policy Guidelines – Vincent J. Piccirilli, Chair ACTION ITEMS: 1. That the Town Council Adopt the FY2022 Budget Policy Guidelines as drafted. 2. To Make a Referral to the Human Services Committee to Work With Staff to Explore Expanding the Capacity of the Health Department, and Determine What the Unmet Need is, and Then Determine if the Unmet Need Can Be Met Within the Existing Departmental Budget or if Additional Resources Are Needed. 3. To Make a Referral to the Personnel and Town Organization Committee to Work with Staff to Explore Issues of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion within Watertown Government, and Determine What the Unmet Need Is, and Then Determine if the Unmet Need Can Be Met Within the Existing Departmental Budget or if Additional Resources Are Needed.
