- First Reading on a Proposed Loan Order Authorizing the Town Treasurer, with the Approval of the Town Manager, to Borrow and/or Expend Monies in the Amount of $1,771,000 under M.G.L. c. 44, §7(1) or Pursuant to Any Other Enabling Authority for the Purpose of Paying Costs of Town-Wide Radio Infrastructure Improvements, Including the Acquisition and Installation of Radio Infrastructure and Related Upgrades at Town Facilities, the Acquisition of Portable Radio Equipment, and All Costs Incidental and Related Thereto and to Issue Bonds or Notes of the Town Therefor.
