Public Hearing and Vote on a Petition from Eversource for a Grant of Location in Arsenal Street to install and maintain approximately 45 linear feet of conduit from pole #5/13 to a new street light control cabinet. This work is necessary to provide electric service to a street light control cabinet in front of 550 Arsenal Street. The recommendations and conditions set out by the Department of Public Works shall be required upon approval of this application.

This work is necessary to provide telecommunications service to 23 Elm Street.
