Public Hearing and Vote on a Petition from Eversource for a Grant of Location in Pleasant Street to install and maintain approximately 6 linear feet of conduit from pole #16/78 to the property line. This work is necessary to provide electric service to 20 Seyon Street/10-30 Manley Way. The recommendations and conditions set out by the Department of Public Works shall be required upon approval of this application. 2. Public Hearing and Vote on a Petition from Eversource for a Grant of Location in Barnard Avenue to install and maintain approximately 6 linear feet of conduit from pole #31/4 to the property line of 50 Columbia Street, and install and maintain approximately 6 linear feet of conduit from pole #31/5 to the property line of 50 Columbia Street. This work is necessary to provide electric service to Watertown High School at 50 Columbia Street. The recommendations and conditions set out by the Department of Public Works shall be required upon approval of this application. 3. Public Hearing and Vote on a Petition from Eversource for a Grant of Location in Bellevue Road to install and maintain approximately 15 linear feet of conduit from pole #12/11 to a new MWRA meter control box. This work is necessary to provide electric service to a MWRA meter control box. The recommendations and conditions set out by the Department of Public Works shall be required upon approval of this application. 4. Public Hearing and Vote on a Petition from Eversource for a Grant of Location in Mount Auburn Street to install and maintain approximately 55 linear feet of conduit from manhole MH13490 at the intersection of Irving Street and Mount Auburn Street to a new MWRA meter pedestal. This work is necessary to provide electric service to a MWRA pedestal in front of 111 Mount Auburn Street. The recommendations and conditions set out by the Department of Public Works shall be required upon approval of this application. 5.
