Public Hearing and Vote on a proposed Ordinance adjusting the City Council's salary

A. Resolution Authorizing a Transfer of Funds in the amount of $70,000 from the Fiscal Year 2025 City Council Reserve to the Fiscal Year 2025 Litigation account B. Resolution Authorizing a Transfer of Funds in the amount of $50,000 from the Fiscal Year 2025 Planned Debt account to the Fiscal Year 2025 Transfer to Capital Projects - City account (Department of Public Works Regulatory Equipment) C. Resolution Authorizing a Transfer of Funds in the amount of $78,400 from the Fiscal Year 2025 Planned Debt account to the Fiscal Year 2025 Transfer to Capital Projects - City account (Election Tabulators) D. Resolution Authorizing a Transfer of Funds in the amount of $102,394 from various Fiscal Year 2025 Police Salaries accounts to the Fiscal Year 2025 Police Vehicle Replacement account E. Request to Repurpose Funds in the amount of $198,000 from the Arsenal Park Phase A remaining balance to fund the completion of Arsenal Park Phase B I. First Reading of a proposed Loan Order that the sum of $8,932,206 is appropriated to pay costs of construction and reconstruction of the municipal outdoor recreational and athletic facilities located at Victory Field, including all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor. J. First Reading of a proposed Loan Order that the sum of $5,778,000 is appropriated to pay costs of renovating Parker Annex, including masonry costs, fire suppression system installation, second floor renovations, and ADA update requirements, including all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
