A. Proposed Resolution Regarding the Fiscal Year 2027 Budget Process

Public Hearing and Vote on a Proposed Loan Order that the sum of $1,350,000 is appropriated to pay construction and construction administration costs of Bemis Park, as more fully described in the City's Fiscal Year 2025 through 2029 Capital Improvement Plan, including all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor
