Public Hearing and Vote on a Petition from NSTAR DBA Eversource for a Grant of Location in Cross Street, westerly from pole 38/1, approximately 60 feet north of Pleasant Street, to install approximately 12 feet of conduit. This work is proposed to provide electrical service to 2-10 Cross Street. The recommendations and conditions set out by the Department of Public Works shall be required upon approval of this application. B. Public Hearing and Vote on a Petition from NSTAR DBA Eversource for a Grant of Location in Alden Road, westerly from pole 178/3, approximately 256 feet south of Belmont Street, to install approximately 14 feet of 2 2-inch PVC conduit. This work is proposed to provide electrical service to 23 Alden Road. The recommendations and conditions set out by the Department of Public Works shall be required upon approval of this application. C. Public Hearing and Vote on a Petition from NSTAR DBA Eversource for a Grant of Location in Mount Auburn Street, northerly from pole 98/90, approximately 120 feet west of Cottage Street, to install approximately 14 feet of conduit. This work is proposed to provide electrical service to 780-784 Mt Auburn Street. The recommendations and conditions set out by the Department of Public Works shall be required upon approval of this application. D. Public Hearing and Vote on a Proposed Loan Order that the sum of $2,200,000 is appropriated to pay the costs of construction and oversight of roadway, sidewalk and utility reconstruction of Fifth Avenue, as more fully described in the City's Fiscal Year 2025 through 2029 Capital Improvement Plan, including all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7( 1 ), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
