Public Hearing and Vote on a Proposed Loan Order that the sum of $750,000 is appropriated to pay costs of sewer system improvements for the Department of Public Works, as more fully described in line 51 of the Annual Budget for fiscal year 2026, including all other costs incidental and related thereto; and that to meet this appropriation, the Treasurer, with the approval of the City Manager, is authorized to borrow said amount under and pursuant to M.G.L. c.44, §7(1), or pursuant to any other enabling authority, and to issue bonds or notes of the City therefor.
